Terms of Use and User Agreement:

This Agreement is a contract between you and JX Cyber Tech Corp. and applies to your use of Groupware e-Gru and/or purchase of additional webspace for e-Gru. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. We may change this Agreement at any time and we will inform you about it by sending you email or posting it to the e-Gru homepage. Should there be a change. it will be effective at the time we post it. We last modified this Agreement on February 24, 2007.

Groupware e-Gru

Groupware e-Gru is a free web groupware service. Registration for an e-gru account is free with the default of 5MB (megabytes) webspace. But, no trial periods, unlimited users, no expiration except when there is no account activity for Thirty (30) days.

　　　For value of additional service such as an additional webspace four your e-Gru account, according to the special feature's list of charges which our company offers, the user must pay for the use of special features.

　　We will notify a user beforehand, if there will be an interruption of services. We have the right to stop or discontinue this service temporarily:

　　* If there is need for maintenance of facilities for this service that is unavoidable.
　　* When an error occurs to our facilities for this service which is unavoidable.
　　* When our company has the need for a temporary interruption of service if it is necessary to upgrade our services.

Because we offer this service for free and without time limitations, we will display Advertisements or Sponsor's links within your e-Gru account.

Purchasing Additional Web Space for Groupware e-Gru

If you purchase Additional Webspace for your group, the Terms of Use and User Agreement for Groupware e-Gru still applies. Advertisements or sponsor's links that you see in your Groupware e-Gru account will be removed for the whole period depending on the type of additional webspace subscription you have purchased. Once your additional webspace has been activated, advertisements will be deactivated.

Activation of your additional webspace will be within 24 hours from time and date of purchase. Purchase of additional webspace is NON-REFUNDABLE. We offer the Groupware e-Gru service for free and without time limits. So please take time to review and try it first before purchasing additional webspace.

We will notify you by email two weeks before your additional webspace subscription will expire. This will give you enough time to back up your files and/or decide if you want to continue to use the additional service by purchasing another subscription. Should you not reply to our email notification or purchase another period of subscription two weeks after the date of expiration of your additional webspace service, we have the right to delete your account including any files or data within your e-Gru account. We will then notify you again by email if your account is already deleted.
